Tracking Your Order

Every Crescentt order includes tracking.

Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Canada & United States

Orders shipped to customers in Canada and the United States are generally delivered duty-free.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to:

• Value Added Tax (VAT)
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Clearance or handling fees

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Crescentt is not responsible for customs decisions, import fees, exchange rates, or delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Refused International Shipments

If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply to any eligible refund.
• Return shipping charges, customs recovery fees, and carrier expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund.
• In some cases, customs authorities may abandon or dispose of refused shipments. If the package is not returned to Crescentt, a refund may not be possible.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, select Crescentt pieces may be offered on a pre-order basis. These products will always be clearly identified on the product page.

Pre-Order Processing

• Pre-orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the purchase date.
• Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to production schedules, supplier timelines, or carrier logistics.

Pre-Order Changes & Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered fulfillment.
• Once a pre-order has begun processing or shipping, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Customs inspections
• Severe weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Peak holiday demand
• High shipping volumes
• Local transportation strikes or service interruptions

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Crescentt cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you believe your package has been misdelivered, please contact us promptly. We'll gladly assist you in opening a carrier investigation and exploring available resolution options.

For added peace of mind, shipping protection may be available at checkout where applicable.
