Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Please allow 10-15 business days for USA and Canada shipping with Expedited mail. 
International shipping may take 15-20 business days. 

We offer free, fast shipping for all U.S. and Canada orders over $55. All international orders will incur a small shipping fee which is reflected upon checkout. 

International shipping costs vary by destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout, depending on if you want Standard, Express or Priority shipping.

Please anticipate possible delays due to Covid-19. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Cancellations
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email info@crescentt.com to cancel within this time period.

 

Returns

Don't love your product? No worries! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with a full refund on any used or unused items. The customer just has to pay for a return label. Simply return your products to us within 30 days of receiving them. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking/disposal and recycling fee on returns exceeding 30-days from the arrival date. Any type of refund will be issued as store credit if returned after your 30-day window. 

Due to intimacy and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for shapewear or makeup at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping a Return

To complete your return, we require the order number in the email you send to us.
Please wait for instructions before shipping out your return and be sure to attach your tracking number.

It is highly recommended that you insure your parcel so that if it is lost by the carrier, you can claim your money back.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and are issuing a refund for it.
If you are eligible for a full refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please make sure to check your bank account statements. It may take a few days to process into the account.
If not, contact your credit card company as it may be processing.
