Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and are preparing it for shipping.

We are shipping 24/7 from our warehouse to keep up with the demand. Order fast before we sell out! 

Please allow 10-15 business days for US & Canada destinations with Expedited mail. 

International parcels may take 15-20 business days to arrive.

FREE Domestic Shipping (US & Canada) and FREE International Shipping over $55

For International purchases under $55, shipping costs vary by destination and will be automatically calculated at Checkout, depending on if you want Standard, Express or Priority shipping.

Please anticipate possible delays due to Covid-19. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Order Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email info@crescentt.com to cancel within this time period.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Don't love your product? No worries! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with a full refund on any used or unused items. We ask that you simply cover the return shipping cost at this time. Simply return your product to us within 30 days of receiving it. 

For returns exceeding 30 days, we have a 15% restocking fee.

If you want to exchange your item, please feel free to initiate a return and re-order. Send us an email with your order number at info@crescentt.com and we will advise you on the next steps.

Due to intimacy and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for shapewear or makeup at this time. We appreciate your understanding.


Shipping a Return

To complete your return, we require the order number in the email you send to us.

Please wait for instructions before shipping out your return and be sure to attach your tracking number.

It is highly recommended that you insure your parcel so that if it is lost by the carrier, you can claim your money back.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and are issuing a refund for it.

If you are eligible for a full refund, then your refund will be processed back to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received a refund within a few days, please make sure to check your account statements. It may take a few days to process back to the account.
