Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 45 days of delivery. If 45 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return & refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original packaging.

To complete your return, you must provide us the order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address indicated on your original parcel as that may be a processing warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If all is fine with the item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using tracked shipping. In the case of the parcel being lost, you will be able to make a claim with the shipping company.
