By placing an order with Crescentt, you agree to the policy outlined below.
Free Size & Colour Exchanges
Canada & United States
Finding the perfect fit should be easy.
That's why Crescentt proudly offers FREE size and colour exchanges on eligible orders shipped within Canada and the United States.
If your size or colour isn't quite right, simply contact our Customer Care team within 45 days of delivery.
Once your exchange is approved, we'll work with you to make the process as simple as possible. In many cases, we'll ship your replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Exchanges include:
- One complimentary size or colour exchange per order
- No restocking fee
- Subject to product availability
- Available within Canada and the United States

Return Eligibility
We understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us before initiating a return. We're always happy to help find the best solution.
Eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Original tags, packaging and accessories must be included.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage or misuse are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Restocking Fee
To support sustainable operations while continuing to offer generous exchange options, a 15% restocking fee applies to eligible refunds on orders valued at $100 USD or more.
This fee helps offset the costs associated with:
- Careful quality inspections
- Repackaging returned merchandise
- Operational handling
- Sustainability initiatives
The applicable fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount.
Size and colour exchanges are always exempt from the restocking fee.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Personalized or custom-made products, including monogrammed items
- Items returned outside the 45-day return window
- Items not returned in their original condition
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States:
- Customs duties, VAT, import taxes and clearance fees are non-refundable.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, standard return eligibility may not apply.
If a refused international shipment is returned to Crescentt:
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Return shipping costs and customs recovery fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- If customs authorities abandon or dispose of the shipment, a refund may not be possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges and other non-refundable fees will not be refunded.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

International
International exchanges are welcome; however:
- Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the replacement shipment.
- Any applicable price differences remain payable.
If your requested replacement is unavailable, we'll gladly help you choose another item or process a refund according to this policy.
Pre-Orders
Occasionally, select Crescentt products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered fulfillment.
- Once a pre-order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedules or logistics factors.
