Important Notice for U.S. Customers: Duties & Import Fees

Crescentt ships all orders from Canada.

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade and customs policies introduced under the Trump administration, some orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery.

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs, not by Crescentt, and are collected directly by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

What This Means for Your Order

Duties and import fees are not included in your order total at checkout

Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility

Duties typically range between $40–$50 USD, depending on order value, product category, and destination

Fees may vary and are assessed independently by U.S. Customs

We strongly recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your local postal service if you are unsure whether duties may apply to your order.

Refused or Returned Shipments Due to Duties

If a shipment is refused or rejected due to unpaid duties and returned to us, please note the following:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • If Crescentt is charged duties or customs fees on the customer’s behalf due to refusal, those charges will be deducted from the refund amount
  • In such cases, a full refund can no longer be offered

These deductions are necessary to cover international shipping, customs handling, and processing costs already incurred.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We understand that unexpected duties can be frustrating. Our goal is to be fully transparent so you can make an informed purchase decision before ordering.

If you have any questions prior to placing your order, our support team is always happy to help.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Crescentt
