Return Eligibility

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us before initiating a return—we'll always do our best to find a solution.

Eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee

To support sustainable operations and maintain the quality standards that define Crescentt, a 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns on orders valued at $100 USD or more.

This fee helps offset the costs associated with:

  • Careful quality inspections
  • Repackaging and handling returned merchandise
  • Operational and sustainability initiatives

The applicable fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount.

Exchanges Are Exempt

Exchanges for a different size or colour are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.

We encourage exchanges whenever possible to help you find the perfect Crescentt piece.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Personalized or custom-made products, including monogrammed items
  • Items returned outside the 45-day return window
  • Items not returned in their original condition

International Orders & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, standard return eligibility may not apply.

If a refused international shipment is returned to Crescentt:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return shipping costs and customs recovery fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • In some cases, customs authorities may abandon or dispose of refused shipments. If the shipment is not returned to Crescentt, a refund may not be possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees and other non-refundable charges will not be refunded.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you still require assistance, please contact us at info@crescentt.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to assist.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchanges for a different size or colour are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping charges and price differences.
  • We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure the best chance of securing your preferred replacement.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, select Crescentt products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered fulfillment.
  • Once a pre-order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Pre-order delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production schedules or logistics factors.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our Customer Care team will provide return instructions and next steps.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
