Pre-Orders

Some Crescentt items are offered as pre-orders. These items are clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

• Pre-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or logistics factors

Pre-Order Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours prior to shipment

• Once a pre-order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Important)

United States Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade and customs policies, orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery.

These fees:

• Are not included at checkout

• Are determined by U.S. Customs, not Crescentt

• Are collected by the carrier or customs authority

European Union & UK Customers

Orders shipped to the EU and UK are typically subject to:

• VAT

• Customs duties

• Handling or clearance fees

These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Crescentt does not control customs decisions and is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.

Refused or Returned Shipments Due to Duties

If a shipment is refused, rejected, or not accepted due to unpaid duties or import fees, the following applies:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the order qualified for free shipping

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund

• Any return shipping or customs recovery costs incurred will also be deducted

In some cases, refused international shipments may not be returned to us and may be abandoned or disposed of by customs authorities. In such cases, refunds may not be possible.
