FREE Shipping on orders over CA$139 (domestic & international)

For orders under CA$139, shipping rates are automatically calculated at Checkout based on your destination and preferred method (Standard, Express, or Priority)

U.S. Shipping

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade and customs policies introduced under the Trump administration, some orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery.

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs, not by Crescentt, and are collected directly by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

What This Means for Your Order

Duties and import fees are not included in your order total at checkout

Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility

Fees vary depending on order value, product category, and destination

We strongly recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your local postal service if you are unsure whether duties may apply.


Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, please note the following:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

These fees are necessary to cover international shipping, customs handling, and processing costs.


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to process cancellations.

Returns

We offer 45-day hassle-free returns on most items.

To begin a return, email support@crescentt.com and we’ll send step-by-step instructions.

Please note: Due to hygienic standards, shapewear and makeup are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or color, simply email support@crescentt.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email update.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you don’t see the refund after several days, please check your statements. For any concerns, we’re always here at support@crescentt.com.
