Crescentt Returns & Refund Policy

At Crescentt, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from Crescentt, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 45 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or use will not be eligible for a refund

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to orders valued at $100 USD or more.
This fee is deducted from the total refundable amount.

The restocking fee helps cover:

  • Quality inspection

  • Repackaging and handling

  • Operational and sustainability costs

Restocking fees are non-negotiable and apply to eligible returns that meet our policy conditions.


Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Items returned outside the 45-day window

  • Items not in original condition


International Orders & Duties (IMPORTANT)

For international orders, including United States, EU, and UK customers:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable

  • If an order is refused due to unpaid duties, standard return eligibility does not apply

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping

If a refused shipment is returned to us:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied

  • Any return shipping or customs recovery costs will be deducted from the refund

In some cases, refused international shipments may be abandoned or disposed of by customs authorities, making refunds impossible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees, duties, and non-refundable charges are excluded from refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times vary

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@crescentt.com and we will investigate promptly


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Please email support@crescentt.com

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs or price differences

We recommend initiating exchanges as soon as possible to ensure availability.


Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items may be cancelled up to 48 hours before shipment

  • Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund after shipment


Returning an Item

To start a return:

  • Have your order confirmation number ready

  • Our team will provide return instructions and next steps

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
