Crescentt is a company for women, by women, producing high-quality feel-good products, including Sleep & Loungewear, Shapewear and Cosmetics.

What is the mission of Crescentt?

Our mission is to promote self-care and feeling good, especially at home. We produce products that are highly comfortable, elegant and practical, aiming to elevate self-care and self-love, such as luxury bathrobes and bamboo pajamas.

What is your return policy?

Returns can be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order. 

Please note: Damaged products are subject to examination and cannot be promised a full refund. Original tags and packaging should be in tact. The product should be brand new/unworn.

How long will shipping and handling take?

Please expect 5-12 days for orders within North America and 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive at the destination address. Orders can arrive earlier than expected, and in worse cases later! We do not take responsibility for delivery carrier/customs delays but may be able to partially reimburse express shipping charges. We ship from within Canada so the time may be much shorter for North American customers vs. International customers.
