Where can I buy Crescentt products?

You can shop Crescentt products directly on our official website or through our Amazon store in Canada, the US, and Europe (subject to availability).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as Buy Now Pay Later payment options through Afterpay, Klarna and Shop Pay, as well as secure international payment options.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally to destinations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa. Please feel free to check for your country's options once you reach Checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most of the time, we ship out of Toronto, Canada and sometimes Buffalo, New York. Depending on your location, delivery times will vary by distance.

  • US & Canada: 2-7 business days

  • Europe: 7-18 business days

  • Australia: 10-20 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on orders over 150 CAD.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please note that any damage will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover environmental damage. When garments are returned in used condition, most companies dispose of them. At Crescentt, we are committed to restoring and re-thrifting to minimize environmental impact.

What fabrics do you use?

We only use premium, durable and sustainable fabrics, including:

  • Organic Bamboo: Ultra-soft, breathable, and perfect for sensitive skin.

  • Natural Modal: Certified by SGS as authentically sourced from beech trees.

  • Mulberry Silk: 100% pure, washable silk.

  • Cotton Fleece: 100% natural cotton with a cozy feel.

  • Turkish Cotton: Used in our signature Velvetica™ bathrobe collection.

Are Crescentt fabrics safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our loungewear is only made of natural fabrics such as cotton, modal, silk and bamboo. Our OEKO-TEX® certified bamboo fabric is tested against 1000 harmful chemicals, making it safe even for babies. Our manufacturing process is clean, vetted & inspected thoroughly for safety.

Do your silk pajamas shrink?

No, our washable silk pajamas maintain their quality and fit when washed according to instructions.
