As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and are preparing it for shipping.

Please allow 5-12 business days for US & Canada destinations with Expedited mail.
International parcels may take 15-20 business days to arrive.
FREE Shipping on all orders over $55 domestic & international
For purchases under $55, shipping costs vary by destination and will be automatically calculated at Checkout, depending on if you choose Standard, Express or Priority shipping.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Any later, we may not be able to process a cancellation. Please email info@crescentt.com to cancel within this time period where needed.
Returns
Don't love your product? No worries!
We offer 45-day hassle-free returns.
Please reach out to support@crescentt.com if you want to return your item and we will provide you with the steps for the return.
*Please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition or there will be a 15% reduction of the refund.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item, please reach out by email with your order number at support@crescentt.com and we will advise you on the steps.
Due to intimacy and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for shapewear or makeup. We appreciate your understanding.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
If you are eligible for a full refund, then your refund will be processed back to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
If you haven’t received a refund within a few days, please make sure to check your account statements. It may take a few days to process back to the account.
