Crescentt ships all orders from Canada.

In the case of orders shipped to the European Union, your parcel may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities, not by Crescentt, and are collected by the carrier or customs office at the time of delivery.

What This Means for Your Order

  • Import duties and VAT are not included in your order total at checkout
  • Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Duties are typically €20–€30 per item, depending on product category and destination country
  • Fees may vary by country and customs assessment

Shipping Timelines & Customs Processing

Please note that international shipping timelines are estimates only.

  • Orders may be held by customs for inspection
  • Clearance times vary by country and volume at customs
  • Crescentt has no control over customs processing delays

As a result, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments Due to Duties

Because these are cross-border international shipments, parcels that are refused due to unpaid duties, VAT, or customs fees are typically not returned to the sender.

In most cases, such shipments are held, redirected, or disposed of by customs or the carrier, and are therefore no longer recoverable.

As a result:

  • Orders refused due to unpaid duties or VAT are not eligible for a refund
  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded
  • Crescentt is unable to recover or reship refused parcels

Once a shipment has been refused or abandoned at customs, it is considered lost in transit beyond our control.
